Camp Dates & Hours
Dates: Monday, June 30 – Friday, August 8, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Drop-Off: 8:45 AM – 9:15 AM
Pick-Up: 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Ages: 4 – 13 (Children who are 4 years old may attend as long as they are turning 5 by December 1, 2025)
Week 1: Adventure in the USA (June 30 – July 3)
This week, we’re celebrating the spirit of America with a week full of fun, games, and patriotic pride! Happy Independence Week!
Week 2: Potsdam’s Got Talent (July 7 – July 11)
This week, we’re helping campers discover their special talents and shine like stars with talent shows, music, dance-offs, acting skits, and even red carpet moments!
Week 3: Ball is life (July 14 – July 18) (NEW)
This week, it’s all about the game—because Ball is Life! Campers will explore the fundamentals of basketball, soccer, golf, field hockey, pickleball, and football. From drills to games, we’ll build skills, boost confidence, and have a blast trying out a wide range of sports on the field and court. We’ll play hard, cheer loud, and grow as athletes all while having a ton of fun.
And if that’s not enough action, this is also the perfect week to jump into the pool! Whether you’re just learning to swim or looking to level up your strokes, our swim sessions are a great way to grow stronger and more confident in the water.
Week 4: Top Secret: Camp confidential (July 21- July 25)
This week, campers will dive into spy training, crack mysteries, tackle scavenger hunts, and solve team puzzles, all leading up to the big reveal of a top-secret camp mystery!
Week 5: Dream Big week (July 28 – Aug 1)
This week, campers will discover a world of careers through hands-on fun and meet real-life heroes, with special visits from our local fire station, police officers, EMTs, and more!
Week 6: Camp Olympics (Aug 4 – Aug 8)
Get ready for Camp Olympics! A week of friendly competition and nonstop fun! Each day brings new mini-tournaments like track races, tug-of-war, and silly relay games, all ending with a medal ceremony fit for champions!
Camp Tuition & Billing
- Deposit: A $25 deposit is required to secure your child’s spot. This deposit will be deducted from the remaining balance. (An invoice will be sent to you)
- Cost: $100 per week
*Holiday Week (July 4th): $80
- Billing: Camp fees are billed weekly.
- Payment Due Date: Payment is due each Sunday for the upcoming week of service. (Payment can be made in advance)
- Billing Statements: Emailed every two weeks.
- Absences: Fees for absences (including illness or other reasons) will still be included in your billing.
*Scholarships: We have a limited number of scholarships available. Families who are interested must complete the registration form first, and then they can apply for the scholarship. The deadline to apply for the scholarship is June 9th.

Discounts Offered:
- Returning Summer Rec attendees: Additional 10% off their total registration
- Sibling Discount: $10 off per child
- Full Season Discount: Attend 5 weeks, get the 6th week free
- Multi-Week Discount: Receive $10 off each additional week after the first, per camper.
- Part-time Camper: $20 per day (minimum of 2 days required per week) This rate cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Note: The discount will be applied to your balance, not the deposit.

- Fuel Up Café (Optional) – Nutritious and delicious meal options and snacks available daily to keep campers energized and ready for anything.

- Smaller Group Sizes for more 1:1 attention and support.
- Daily and Weekly Updates to keep families engaged with their campers’ learning and activities, all centered around the theme.

Late & Returned Payment Fees
- Late Payment Fee: A $15 fee will be added if payment is not received by Sunday. (The day before camp starts)
Non-Sufficient Funds Fee: A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
Late Pick-Up Fee: A $15 fee will be charged for pick-up after 4:05 PM, plus $10 for every additional 5 minutes. If you anticipate being late, please call the camp ahead of time.
Cancellation Policy
More than 1 week before camp starts: Full refund minus the $25 non-refundable deposit
Within 6 days of the start date: 50% refund minus the deposit
After camp begins: No refund will be issued
Delinquent Accounts
Special payment arrangements must be made in advance with the Recreation Leader.
Children of parents/guardians with unpaid balances for two weeks will be subject to disenrollment.
If payment arrangements are not fulfilled and delinquency notices are ignored, the camp will seek legal restitution. Parents/Guardians will be responsible for all fees incurred during the collection
