Notice is hereby given that two public hearings will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Potsdam on Monday, November 3, 2025, in the Civic Center Board Room, 2 Park Street, Potsdam, NY.
The purpose of the first public hearing, which will begin at 5:45 pm, is to receive comments regarding proposed Local Law 4-2025 to amend Chapter 168 Vehicles and Traffic, Article X Schedules, §168-65. Schedule VIII: Stop Intersections, §168-68. Schedule XI: Parking Prohibited at All Times and §168-82. Schedule XXV: Time Limit Parking in Public Lots of the Village of Potsdam Municipal Code.
The purpose of the second public hearing, which will begin directly following the first public hearing, or 5:50 pm, is to receive comments regarding proposed Local Law 5-2025 to add Chapter 164 Vacant Property to the Village of Potsdam Municipal Code.
