A Pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for Thursday, 29 May 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Contractors will meet owner and architect at site.
Submission of Bids: Submit Document 004113 – Bid Form before the time and date below. Late submissions will not be considered. Submit bids in sealed and labeled envelopes with the project name and bidder’s name on the outside of the envelope. Mark the envelope: “Bid Enclosed – Do Not Open”. Section 004114 Non-Collusive Bidding Affidavit must be included with the bid. Emailed bids are also acceptable.

Bids Due: Date and Time of Day: Friday, 06 June 2025 at 1:00 PM.
Bids Open: Friday, 06 June 2025 at 1:30 PM.
Bids will be opened privately. Bids may not be withdrawn for 30 calendar days after receipt of bids. Announcements of bid results will be made within 5 days after receipt of bids.
Construction start date to be determined at time of contract award.
Contract Time and Liquidated Damages: Substantial completion shall be no later than 90 days after award of contract. Liquidated damages of up to three hundred dollars ($300.) per calendar day may be assessed for late Substantial Completion.
The Owner reserves the right to modify the Contract Documents and rebid the project, if necessary, to meet Owner’s budgetary requirements
