TO ALL PLAN HOLDERS: ADDENDUM NO 2 Tuesday, 10th June 2025
The following Addendum to the Specifications for the Little Italy – Exterior Alterations, Potsdam, NY, is
hereby made a part of the Bidding Documents, and the following specific changes to the original issue shall
be noted by all Bidders:
PROJECT MANUAL:
- Clarify The bid date is still Friday, 13th June at 2:00 PM. Bids will be due at
2:00PM and will be opened at 2:30PM - Change 004113 – Bid Form, see new bid form attached with added Unit Price.
DRAWINGS: - Clarify 8” raised letter above storefront to be 1” thick, 8” high, painted PVC or other
approved material. Font: Castellar (or similar) - Clarify East Awning to be 4’ wide, 2’ high with a 3’ projection, striped canvas attached
only through mortar joints. - Clarify Beadboard, cornice and dentals above entrance to be painted wood and closely
resemble the existing in profile - Clarify The piece of sandstone required for repair will be provided in rough size and shape.
